Armoire négative GN 2/1 d’une capacité de 670 L, conçue pour une température constante entre -20°C et -17°C. Elle dispose d’une isolation de 60 mm et d’un système de froid ventilé avec évaporateur anti-corrosion. Sa structure en inox AISI 430 (intérieur/extérieur) et acier galvanisé (dessus/dessous) assure robustesse. Équipée de 3 grilles rilsanisées blanches, pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 18 grilles avec 50 mm d’espace, supportant 40 kg par grille. Porte réversible à droite avec serrure, éclairage LED intérieur et roulettes avant avec freins intégrés. Utilise le réfrigérant écologique R290, classe climatique 4, énergie C.
