Sa utilisation simple et intuitive grâce aux commandes mécaniques permet de produire rapidement une chantilly légère, ferme et parfaitement aérienne, avec un débit pouvant atteindre 100 litres par heure.

Sa construction en inox avec côtés en tôle blanche garantit robustesse et durabilité, tandis que le couvercle transparent vous permet de suivre facilement le niveau de crème. La cuve réfrigérée en inox, associée au système de réfrigération continu jusqu’au bec de distribution, assure une hygiène optimale, évite toute coulure et conserve la fraîcheur de la crème jusqu’au service.

Pour simplifier l’entretien, le bac en plastique amovible se démonte facilement pour un nettoyage rapide. Le régulateur d’air intégré permet d’obtenir une consistance parfaite à chaque préparation, tandis que l’affichage digital de la température offre un contrôle précis du processus.
