Cette râpe standard 3 mm est un accessoire spécialement développé pour le coupe-légumes VC750. Elle permet de râper avec précision une large variété de légumes et de fruits afin d’obtenir une texture régulière, idéale pour les salades, garnitures, crudités, gratins ou préparations culinaires nécessitant un râpage fin.
Sa fabrication en aluminium assure une excellente résistance à un usage intensif en environnement professionnel.
Grâce à sa découpe de 3 mm, cette râpe produit un résultat uniforme qui améliore la présentation des préparations tout en favorisant une cuisson et un assaisonnement homogènes.
Conçue exclusivement pour le coupe-légumes VC750 (référence compatible 09307000), cette râpe s’installe facilement dans l’appareil afin de garantir une utilisation rapide et efficace.
