Grâce à son système hydraulique performant, ce poussoir à saucisse professionnel permet un remplissage maîtrisé des boyaux avec une pression constante. Le résultat : une qualité de saucisse régulière, sans bulles d’air et avec un excellent contrôle du débit.
Le poussoir est livré avec trois canules en inox adaptées aux différents calibres de saucisses : Ø 15 mm / Ø 20 mm / Ø 30 mm.
