Toutes les grillades à gaz ou électriques de BARON et appartenant à la Gamme 650 sont réalisées en acier inox AISI 304 18/10, finies de façon raffinée avec un satinage Scotch Brite et ont comme particularités d’avoir des angles arrondis et des récipients d’une grande capacité. D’une profondeur de toujours 650 mm et d’une largeur modulaire, la gamme 650 est complétée par des supports. Les grillades de la gamme 650 sont facilement modulables avec les autres équipements de la série, afin de permettre de constituer une unité compacte, sans espaces et donc avec la plus grande hygiène possible.
Cette grillade électrique avec grille à barreaux d’une surface de 21 dm2 est chauffée grâce à des résistances blindées inox AISI 316 Incoloy de fortes puissances, relevables avec système de sécurité et permettant de garantir une rapide montée en température et un maintien des valeurs choisies. Elle est équipée de bords anti-éclaboussures, de façon à garantir une propreté et une hygiène parfaite. Cette grillade électrique avec grille est équipée d’un bac à eau extractible sous les résistances, conçu pour récupérer les sauces, graisses et jus de cuisson et réduire la fumée lors de la cuisson des viandes ou des poissons. Elle est aussi dotée d’un système de contrôle thermostatique de la température, de thermostat de sécurité et de voyants lumineux d’allumage afin de toujours garantir une assurance maximale.
