Cette friteuse électrique sur coffre Valentine EVOC400 a une cuve de 15/18 litres et permet de produire 38 à 46 kg/heure. Elle propose 4 cycles de cuisson programmables, fonctionne avec du 400 V et utilise deux paniers de dimensions 157 x 280 x 135 mm.
