Cette armoire réfrigérée professionnelle Combisteel 700 litres est conçue pour les cuisines commerciales, collectivités et laboratoires alimentaires recherchant une solution fiable, robuste et adaptée au format GN 2/1. Avec ses dimensions de 700 x 810 x 2050 mm, elle offre un excellent compromis entre capacité de stockage et optimisation de l’espace au sol.
Sa structure intérieure et extérieure en acier inoxydable AISI 430 garantit solidité, résistance à la corrosion et facilité d’entretien, parfaitement adaptées aux environnements CHR intensifs. L’intérieur spacieux de 581 x 685 x 1500 mm permet d’exploiter pleinement la capacité brute de 700 litres, avec 31 paires de glissières espacées de 45 mm pour une organisation flexible des niveaux. L’appareil est livré avec 3 grilles GN 2/1, offrant une solution immédiatement opérationnelle.
Le système de refroidissement renforcé assure une diffusion homogène du froid, maintenant une température stable entre +2°C et +8°C, idéale pour la conservation des produits frais. Le dégivrage automatique optimise les performances frigorifiques et réduit les interventions de maintenance. L’affichage numérique permet un contrôle précis et intuitif de la température.
