Cette plaque de cuisson électrique à induction de Baron fait parti de la Gamme 650, qui a été étudiée pour les professionnels ayant un problème de place dans leurs cuisines, mais ne voulant pas renoncer aux hautes prestations des appareils. Facile à nettoyer, simples à intégrer, c’est une concentration de prestations pour les espaces restreints. Un produit aux grandes possibilités et à haut rendement pour sa facile et rapide mise en marche. Une gamme d’appareil de cuisson modulaire entièrement construit en acier inox AISI 304 18/10, avec finition externe satinée, profondeur des appareils 650 mm et une construction en conformité avec la norme NF et aux normes européennes.
Cette plaque de cuisson électrique à induction dispose de puissances qui sont celles des modèles de grandes dimensions. La plaque à induction est équipée de deux zones de cuisson de 5 kw chacune, de forme circulaire et d’un diamètre de 220 mm. Elle a été moulée dans une unique pièce en acier inox AISI 304 18/10, finie de façon raffinée avec un satinage Scotch Brite, avec de larges bords arrondis et une grande capacité pour recueillir les liquides qui débordent. Cet élément top électrique à induction est équipé d’un régulateur d’énergie qui module la puissance de 10 à 100%, d’un voyant qui signale l’éventuelle chaleur résiduelle sur la table de cuisson, d’un dispositif qui détecte la présence de casserole et d’un voyant de fonctionnement, afin de toujours vous garantir la plus grande sécurité. Elle fonctionne avec une alimentation en Tri 400 V.
