Sa carrosserie en inox sablé et son cylindre intérieur en inox rectifié garantissent une excellente résistance à l’usure, tout en facilitant l’entretien et le respect des normes d’hygiène. Le piston en inox, associé à un couvercle en aluminium, assure une pression constante et un remplissage homogène des boyaux.
Ce poussoir hydraulique intègre un système AUTO avec démarrage au genou, permettant de garder les mains libres pendant le travail. La genouillère ergonomique réglable offre un pilotage précis de la pression tout en limitant la fatigue lors d’une utilisation prolongée.
La pompe hydraulique dispose d’un réservoir d’huile indépendant et d’un manomètre en façade, permettant un contrôle précis de la pression. Les vitesses de travail réglables du poussoir à saucisses professionnel offrent une adaptation parfaite selon la texture des préparations.
