La friteuse foraine gaz a été construite pour les professionnelles de la restauration, avec une carrosserie tout inox brossé AISI 430, l’allumage piezo (pression simultanée des boutons d’allumage et de réglage), un robinet de vidange gros débit pour une vidange plus rapide et une meilleure utilisation, dosseret arrière pour une meilleure évacuation des gaz, thermocouple et veilleuse pour une sécurité absolue.
Son avantage est qu’il est possible de frire des beignets ou grosses pièces sans le panier.
