Ce fourneau à 4 feux vifs gaz sur four électrique de Baron fait parti de la Gamme 650, qui a été étudiée pour les professionnels de la cuisine ayant un problème de place, mais ne voulant pas renoncer aux hautes prestations des appareils. Facile à nettoyer, simples à intégrer, c’est une concentration de prestations pour les espaces restreints. Un programme aux grandes possibilités et à haut rendement pour sa facile et rapide mise en marche. Une gamme d’appareil de cuisson modulaire entièrement construit en acier inox AISI 304, avec finition externe satinée, profondeur des appareils 650 mm et une construction en conformité avec la norme NF et aux normes européennes.
Ce fourneau à 4 feux vifs gaz de baron à été conçu avec des brûleurs à flamme stabilisée avec veilleuse et thermocouple, afin de garantir la plus grande sécurité. Soubassement du four électrique de dimension GN 1/1 tout inox avec une capacité de 3 niveaux et une température réglable de 110 à 280 °C.
Le four électrique, peut être choisi avec chaleur statique ou ventilée pour une puissance de 4,2 kw. Haute cheminée, boutons de commandes ergonomiques montés sur un tableau de bord incliné pour faciliter la visibilité : voilà ce qui confère à ce fourneau Baron, une utilisation facile dès la première approche.
