Le four CHEFTOP MIND.Maps PLUS Compacte 10 GN 2/3 est un four électrique de grande capacité conçu pour les environnements professionnels. Avec ses 10 niveaux pour des plaques GN 2/3 et un espace de 67 mm entre chaque niveau, il permet une cuisson rapide et homogène de grandes quantités de produits tout en étant compact. Ce modèle est particulièrement adapté aux établissements de restauration ayant des besoins élevés en capacité de cuisson.

Le four Unox professionnel fonctionne avec une alimentation de 380-415V 3N ou 220-240V 3, offrant une flexibilité pour l’installation dans divers types d’établissements. Avec 18 kW de puissance électrique, ce four mixte assure des performances de cuisson rapides et efficaces, même lors de la préparation de grandes quantités de nourriture. Malgré sa capacité de 10 niveaux GN 2/3, ce modèle reste relativement compact et peut être facilement intégré dans les cuisines professionnelles à espace limité.
