Le four à convection professionnel GN 1/1 est idéal pour la cuisson et le réchauffage sans dessèchement des viennoiserie, quiches, pizzas, friands, tartelettes, cookies, ou encore plats préparés (lasagnes, pommes de terre au four,….).
Il convient aux produits frais, surgelés ou pré-poussés. Ce four à convection GN 1/1 construit en inox, contient 2 ventilateurs pour une répartition de la chaleur parfaite dans la chambre du four, une porte double glace vitrée avec micro switch pour la fermeture, un thermostat allant jusqu’à 300°C, thermostat de sécurité et 2 lampes intérieures.
Ce four existe en 2 versions, avec ou sans humidificateur. La version de base est sans humidificateur. Livré avec 2 grilles de dimensions GN 1/1.
