Le bain-marie compact SousVideTools® de 28 litres allie performance, précision et design moderne pour les cuisines professionnelles. Son nouvel écran tactile bleu vif offre une lisibilité parfaite depuis n’importe quel point de la cuisine, tandis que le régulateur PID assure un contrôle précis de la température à 0,1 °C près, entre 45 °C et 90 °C, pour des cuissons sous-vide toujours parfaites.
Les six cloisons amovibles en acier inoxydable permettent de séparer les sachets sous-vide pour un meilleur contrôle des portions et une organisation optimale des aliments pendant la cuisson. Vous pouvez ainsi distinguer facilement les produits frais de ceux déjà cuits ou régénérés.
La conception intelligente place l’élément chauffant et le capteur de température sous la cuve, garantissant une stabilité thermique exceptionnelle. L’eau circule naturellement par convection, et les couvercles amovibles avec joint en caoutchouc limitent l’évaporation tout en maintenant la température du bain.
Pour plus de sécurité, ce modèle intègre un capteur de niveau d’eau et une protection contre le fonctionnement à sec : en cas de niveau insuffisant, le bain-marie s’arrête automatiquement et déclenche une alarme sonore.
