Le bain-marie sous-vide à agitation SousVideTools® 28 litres est conçu pour garantir une cuisson parfaitement maîtrisée, homogène et constante, même en environnement professionnel intensif. Grâce à son élément chauffant Ivide Plus de 2,2 kW, il offre une montée en température rapide et une stabilité thermique exceptionnelle.
Sa structure en acier inoxydable AISI 304, avec indice de protection IPX3, résiste aux conditions de travail les plus exigeantes. La cuve et le couvercle isolés (non chauffés) assurent sécurité et efficacité thermique, tandis que le circulateur est solidement fixé sur un support sécurisé au-dessus de la cuve.
La pompe de circulation intégrée garantit une diffusion uniforme de la chaleur dans tout le bain, éliminant les points froids et chauds, avec une précision allant jusqu’à 0,07 °C. La plage de température s’étend de 40 °C à 100 °C, et la température réelle est clairement visible grâce à l’affichage LED lumineux précis à 0,1 °C.
