Tous les cuiseurs à pâtes électriques de BARON et appartenant à la Gamme 650 sont réalisées en acier inox AISI 316, finies de façon raffinée avec un satinage Scotch Brite et ont comme particularités d’avoir des angles arrondis et des récipients d’une grande capacité. D’une profondeur de toujours 650 mm et d’une largeur modulaire, la gamme 650 de BARON est complétée par des supports. Les cuiseurs à pâtes professionnels de la gamme 650 sont facilement modulables avec les autres équipements de la série, afin de permettre de constituer une unité compacte, sans espaces et donc avec la plus grande hygiène possible.
Ce cuiseurs à pâtes électrique dispose d’une cuve emboutie tout en inox AISI 316 avec les angles arrondis afin de faciliter le nettoyage. Une cuve de 28 litres, chauffée avec des résistances blindées placées à l’intérieur de la cuve. Elle est suffisamment grande pour garantir le drainage et l’écume dû aux amidons dissous et empêcher sa sortie. Doté d’une puissance élevée, grâce à ses résistances blindées placées à l’intérieur de la cuve, le cuiseur à pâtes BARON assure le maintient de l’ébullition de l’eau. Pour une sécurité maximale, ce cuiseur à pâtes électrique est équipé d’un thermostat de sécurité et de voyants témoins pour savoir si l’appareil est en fonctionnement. Il est livré avec 3 paniers inox.
