Son diamètre de 40 cm et sa conception en fonte pleine microssillonnée garantissent un transfert thermique optimal tout en réduisant la consommation d’énergie.
La plaque en fonte pleine de 12 mm d’épaisseur, microssillonnée de haute qualité, agit comme un coussin d’air, empêchant la pâte de coller et offrant une cuisson régulière et uniforme. La surface équipée de multicônes répartit la chaleur de manière optimale et évite les pics, pour un résultat parfait à chaque crêpe.
Le brûleur à 8 branches en étoile assure une diffusion homogène de la chaleur, permettant de maintenir une température constante sur toute la plaque.
