Cette trancheuse spéciale 5 mm est exclusivement compatible avec le coupe-légumes VC750 (référence compatible : 09307000). Facile à installer, elle s’insère directement dans l’appareil afin de réaliser des découpes homogènes en toute simplicité.
Grâce à son disque de coupe en aluminium, cet accessoire permet de découper efficacement une grande variété de légumes et de fruits en tranches de 5 mm. Il garantit une présentation soignée des préparations tout en assurant un gain de temps appréciable lors des travaux de découpe.
Le disque se met en place rapidement dans le coupe-légumes VC750. Après utilisation, il se retire facilement pour être nettoyé à l’eau chaude savonneuse, facilitant ainsi l’entretien quotidien.
Après le lavage, il est recommandé de sécher soigneusement la trancheuse puis d’appliquer une fine couche d’huile végétale sur le disque de coupe afin de préserver ses performances et de limiter l’oxydation.
