Avec ses doubles brûleurs infrarouges, cela qui lui permet de décongeler, dorer, glacer, gratiner et griller les toasts, gratins, pizzas, soupes à l’oignon…. La salamandre gaz professionnelle avec double brûleurs infrarouges se règle sans effort en fonction de la cuisson souhaitée, grâce à des crémaillères à 4 niveaux. De plus elle possède 2 zones de chauffe indépendantes, qui peuvent être réglées à demi ou pleine puissance. Le plat inférieure est amovible avec la grille et enfin pour finir, une construction tout inox.
