La saladette réfrigérée se distingue par sa construction en acier inoxydable, associée à un pourtour en verre (pare-haleine) assurant une protection hygiénique optimale des aliments tout en offrant une excellente visibilité des ingrédients. Elle accepte des bacs GN 1/3 d’une profondeur maximale de 100 mm (vendus séparément), permettant une organisation rationnelle et efficace des préparations.
Grâce à sa technologie de réfrigération puissante et stable, cette vitrine maintient une température homogène comprise entre +2 °C et +8 °C, même lorsque la température ambiante atteint 32 °C.

Le pare-haleine en verre est livré non monté afin d’éviter tout dommage lors du transport. Un assemblage simple est requis avant la mise en service. À noter que la saladette peut également être utilisée sans le pourtour en verre, avec une hauteur réduite à 225 mm.
