Elle permet de cuire jusqu’à 20 poulets simultanément, tout en garantissant une cuisson homogène, une utilisation intuitive et une maintenance simplifiée.
Le modèle de rôtissoire RBE20 est équipé de 10 rampes quartz infrarouges, réparties pour assurer une diffusion uniforme de la chaleur sur l’ensemble des broches.
Chaque broche bénéficie d’un réglage individuel des zones de chauffe, avec la possibilité d’activer 1 ou 2 résistances selon la charge, offrant une maîtrise parfaite de la cuisson et une optimisation de la consommation énergétique.
