Ce réchaud professionnel à gaz est un appareil de cuisson multifonction. En effet, il possède une grille en fonte réversible qui permet de faire d’un côté une cuisson classique et de l’autre côté une cuisson au wok avec flamme guidée sur le fond du wok.
Ce réchaud multifonction dispose d’un feu super puissant de 14000 W. Une construction tout inox, avec 1 grille en fonte réversible très robuste de dimensions 510 x 485 mm, 1 brûleur haute qualité de 12 cm de diamètre, de l’allumage piezo, d’un bouton de régulation des flammes avec position ralenti et 4 pieds hauteur 100 mm réglables (hauteur totale du réchaud avec pieds au mini 425 mm et avec pieds au maxi 485 mm). Il contient aussi sur chaque côté, des ouïes d’ouverture permettant l’aération des éléments électriques.
Pour un entretien et un nettoyage facile et rapide au quotidien, Sofraca a pensé à tout, la grille en fonte, la couronne brûleur et la plaque inox sont entièrement amovibles.
