Ce modèle est configurable selon la largeur (1600, 1800 ou 2000 mm) tout en conservant une profondeur standard de 700 mm et une puissance constante de 3000 W (230 V / 50 Hz), parfaitement adaptée aux cadences soutenues des restaurants, collectivités, hôtels et cuisines centrales.
La structure est réalisée en acier inoxydable AISI 304 18/10, reconnu pour sa résistance à la corrosion, sa facilité d’entretien et sa conformité aux normes d’hygiène en restauration professionnelle. L’ensemble du meuble bénéficie d’une isolation thermique en laine de roche, limitant les déperditions de chaleur et optimisant la consommation énergétique.
Le plan de travail inox avec dosseret arrière de 105 mm protège efficacement les murs et garantit une hygiène irréprochable. Le bandeau avant de 65 mm, au profil arrondi, améliore l’ergonomie et la sécurité des utilisateurs en limitant les arêtes vives.
Ce meuble chauffant inox est équipé d’un bloc chauffant latéral intégrant des résistances ventilées, conçues pour assurer une diffusion homogène de la chaleur dans l’enceinte.
