  • Marmite électrique, chauffe indirecte de la marque Virtus, fabriqué en acier inoxydable de haute qualité.
  • Panneaux latéraux, fond et dos en acier inoxydable. Plateau en acier inoxydable AISI 304 15/10.
  • Conduit en fonte émaillée. Fond de cuve en acier inoxydable AISI 316 et parois en AISI 304.
  • Contrôle du chauffage par un régulateur d’énergie. Remplissage d’eau par robinet réglable.
  • Drain de 2 pouces avec poignée de sécurité. Couvercle équilibré avec une grande poignée frontale. Les brûleurs sont en acier inoxydable AISI 304, placés à l’extérieur du réservoir ou dans l’espace intermédiaire.
  • L’alimentation en gaz est contrôlée par un robinet à soupape avec commande de puissance et de thermocouple et un allumeur électrique.
  • Chauffage indirect par vapeur basse pression générée par l’eau contenue dans la cavité du réservoir, contrôlé par un manomètre avant et actionné par une soupape de sécurité et une soupape de compensation.
  • Contrôle du niveau d’eau dans la cavité activé au niveau minimum avec le voyant lumineux, remise du chauffage au niveau normal, par la charge.
  • Boutons spécialement conçus pour éviter la pénétration d’eau dans le panneau de commande.
