Conçue pour les métiers de bouche, la machine à saucisses Hendi Profi Line est idéale pour la production artisanale ou semi-intensive de saucisses.

Ce poussoir à saucisses professionnel est équipé d’un train d’engrenages robuste avec pignons en acier trempé, conçu pour résister aux contraintes mécaniques liées au poussage de la farce. Ce système assure une transmission de force fluide et durable, même lors du remplissage de préparations denses ou riches en viande.

Système de remplissage à deux vitesses : 

Afin de faciliter le travail des professionnels, la machine à saucisses Hendi est dotée d’un système de remplissage à deux vitesses particulièrement simple à utiliser.

  • Vitesse lente : idéale pour un remplissage précis et homogène des boyaux.
  • Vitesse rapide : parfaite pour repositionner rapidement le piston et gagner du temps lors des séries de production.

Cette double vitesse améliore considérablement la maîtrise du poussage, limite les risques de rupture du boyau et permet d’obtenir des saucisses régulières et bien formées.

Toutes les pièces en contact avec les aliments sont amovibles, notamment le piston et le cylindre. Cette conception permet un remplissage rapide de la cuve, un démontage facile pour le nettoyage, et un respect optimal des normes d’hygiène alimentaire.

Quatre entonnoirs inox pour s’adapter à toutes les préparations

La machine à saucisses Hendi est fournie avec un jeu complet de quatre entonnoirs en inox, permettant de réaliser différents types de saucisses et de produits charcutiers.

Diamètres des entonnoirs inclus : 16 mm (chipolatas et saucisses fines), 22 mm (pour saucisses classiques), 32 mm (saucisses épaisses) et 38 mm (pour boudins ou grosses pièces)
