Le fumoir traditionnel MAP F 700 est une solution professionnelle conçue pour les traiteurs, restaurateurs et métiers de bouche souhaitant maîtriser le fumage avec régularité et hygiène. Robuste, fonctionnel et pensé pour un usage intensif, ce fumoir professionnel permet de travailler une large variété de produits (viandes, poissons, charcuteries, fromages, etc.) avec une capacité jusqu’à 30 kg, tout en assurant une excellente stabilité des conditions de fumage.
Fabriqué en inox AISI 304, le fumoir traditionnel MAP répond aux exigences du secteur CHR : résistance à la corrosion, entretien facilité et longévité accrue.
Équipé de clapets de régulation haut et bas, permettant d’ajuster le tirage et la densité de fumée selon les produits travaillés et le résultat recherché. La cheminée inox Ø 130 mm favorise une évacuation maîtrisée et une circulation homogène, contribuant à un fumage régulier sur l’ensemble de la chambre. Le fumoir intègre également un thermomètre pour sécuriser les cycles.
La porte renforcée double paroi limite les pertes thermiques et participe à la stabilité du fumage. Elle est associée à des poignées isolées, améliorant le confort d’utilisation et la sécurité lors des manipulations en cours de production.
Avec ses 5 niveaux, le fumoir traditionnel F 700 permet d’optimiser le chargement et de structurer les séries de fumage. Il est livré avec un égouttoir inox facilitant la récupération des jus et le maintien de la propreté interne.
Pour répondre à différents besoins (fumage de pièces entières, produits suspendus, cycles spécifiques), des accessoires sont disponibles en option :
