Ce four à pizza électrique vous donne des résultats de cuisson exceptionnels grâce à une régulation thermostatique indépendante de la voûte et de la sole et aussi une gestion indépendante des résistances blindées supérieures et inférieures. Tout cela pour chaque chambre de cuisson.
L’ENGAGEMENT QUALITÉ SOFRACA : Résistances blindées en acier inox à la voûte (visible) et à la sole (sous la pierre réfractaire). Éclairage interne protégé.
Ce four à pizza électrique a une finition intérieure et extérieure en inox, il est équipé de 2 chambres de cuisson calorifugées de 500 x 510 mm chacune, qui peut accueillir 4 pizzas de 240 mm de diamètre par chambre (soit 8 pizzas de 240 mm) et avec sole en pierre réfractaire épaisseur 15 mm. Il dispose aussi de 2 thermostats par chambre de cuisson, un pour gérer la résistance supérieure et un pour la résistance inférieure et une porte à ouverture contrebalancée avec hublot qui permet de toujours avoir une vue sur la cuisson de la ou les pizzas.
