La chambre du four est chauffée par deux éléments chauffants performants, un en haut et un en bas de la chambre.
Idéal pour la cuisson des pizzas, du pain, des lasagnes, etc.
Grâce à ses dimensions compactes, il convient parfaitement pour les petites cuisines ou même les Food-trucks.
L’utilisation de matériaux de haute qualité garantit une longue durée de vie. Le boîtier est en acier inoxydable AISI 430 de haute qualité, facile à nettoyer et à entretenir.
La chambre du four mesure 410 x 420 x (H) 120 mm pour les pizzas ou autres plats.
Le fond de la chambre est recouvert de pierres réfractaires; celles-ci assurent une restitution homogène de la chaleur et permettent de reproduire fidèlement la cuisson sur sole d’un four à bois. Résultat : une pâte croustillante, une cuisson rapide et uniforme, une saveur préservée.
Chaque élément chauffant a une puissance de 1000W et peut être réglé indépendamment de 50°C à 350°C.
La porte est équipée d’une fenêtre et la chambre d’une lumière, ce qui permet de suivre le processus de cuisson rapidement.
La porte peut être ouverte sans arrêter la cuisson.
Peut fonctionner en mode continu ou avec un minuteur. Le minuteur peut être réglé jusqu’à 120 minutes et lorsque le temps est écoulé, le four arrête de chauffer.
