Instructions for use:

• It is advisable to preheat the utensil over medium heat for a few minutes before adding fat and food, for even cooking and without sticking.
• To preserve the shine of stainless steel, it is best to salt the water once it boils; this prevents the appearance of small stains on the bottom.
• Consider using wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to protect the surface and avoid scratches.
• If food is sticking, don’t hesitate to pour a little hot liquid over it to gently loosen it, while adding flavor to your dish.
