Conçu pour être utilisé avec des plaques à induction électriques (support FT039 vendu séparément), ce chafing dish permet de maintenir les aliments à la bonne température. Il possède un thermo-isolant permettant de conserver les aliments au chaud plus longtemps. La partie verre du couvercle permet au client de visualiser le contenu du chafing dish.
