Un bac à graisse a pour rôle de décharger les eaux usées. Les restaurateurs ou artisans des métiers de bouche rejettent des déchets chargés de graisses animales et autres épluchures, morceaux de denrées alimentaires, dans le réseau des eaux usées.
Comment relier le bac à graisse ?
Nos bacs sont réalisés en inox 304 (qualité alimentaire).
Le bac à graisse prévu pour être placé en cuisine (sous la plonge) doit être relié à l’évacuation centrale ou directement dans le siphon. Tous les fours ou autre matériel produisant de la graisse peuvent aussi être reliés. Les lave-vaisselles ne sont pas conseillés d’être raccordés car les produits dégraissants qui y sont incorporés pour le nettoyage dégradent les graisses collectées sur la plonge.
Le bac à graisse doit être facilement accessible pour faciliter les vidanges. Posé au sol et doté de vérins amovibles, sa hauteur peut être ajustée.
L’étanchéité du bac est garantie par une fermeture par grenouillère (absence de mauvaises odeurs) et 1 joint caoutchouc.
Afin d’éviter de se salir les mains pendant la vidange, nous fournissons une robinetterie adaptée (vannes ¼ de tour).
