indispensable pour les pizzerias, sandwicheries, snacks, restaurants et cuisines CHR recherchant une mise en place rapide, hygiénique et parfaitement réfrigérée des ingrédients, la saladette à poser réfrigérée Combisteel est conçue pour accueillir des bacs gastronormes GN 1/3.

Cette saladette professionnelle assure une conservation optimale des denrées fraîches (fromages, légumes, sauces, garnitures) grâce à une plage de température maîtrisée de +2 °C à +8 °C. Sa vitre en verre protège les aliments tout en offrant une visibilité immédiate.

Fabriquée en acier inoxydable, avec un système de refroidissement statique, elle garantit une température stable et homogène.

Cette saladette réfrigérée à pizza est configurable : de1200 à 2000mm avec une capacité allant de 4 x GN 1/3 à 9 x GN 1/3 afin de s’adapter précisément à vos besoins en cuisine.
