Le bois d’olivier a des propriétés antibactériennes, n’absorbe pas les odeurs ni les taches et résiste aux acides et aux graisses.
Ne convient pas au lave-vaisselle – il est recommandé de le laver à la main avec un détergent doux, puis de le sécher à l’aide d’un chiffon en coton ou en microfibre.
Pour éviter les fissures, appliquez de temps en temps de l’huile d’olive ou de l’huile de tournesol.
