Planche à découper en PEHD très robuste d’une épaisseur de 2 cm idéale pour des usages intensifs. Excellente résistance à l’abrasion et aux températures élevées. Multifonctionnelle et facile à nettoyer ne garde pas les odeurs des aliments coupés. Son aspect lisse permet aux lames de bien glisser et de limiter les marques de couteaux. Livrée avec un sachet de 6 pastilles aux couleurs HACCP pour permettre de différencier les usages par groupes d’aliments et d’éviter les contaminations croisées. La pastille de couleur choisie est à clipser sur la planche. A noter : une fois clipsée il n’est pas possible de la retirer aisément son usage est pensé pour être dédié à chaque planche.
