La machine à chantilly professionnelle Isotech avec bac de 2 litres est idéale pour les desserts en restauration, cafés et glaciers. Elle combine simplicité d’utilisation, rapidité et hygiène, tout en garantissant une crème fouettée légère, stable et parfaitement aérienne.

Équipée de commandes électroniques, elle permet un dosage automatique des portions, réglable selon le temps de distribution (15 sec., 20 sec., …), pour un service précis et sans gaspillage. L’affichage digital de la température offre un contrôle optimal de la préparation à chaque utilisation.

La cuve réfrigérée en inox, associée à la réfrigération par compresseur, assure que la crème chantilly reste toujours fraîche et stable. Le bac inox amovible facilite un nettoyage rapide et hygiénique. Le régulateur d’air intégré garantit une consistance parfaite pour toutes vos préparations.
