Les avantages en utilisant un four à tunnelSynthesis V sont principalement ergonomiques : a)) par un simple mouvement on dépose le produit à cuire directement sur le tapis métallique grillagé, sans devoir ouvrir et fermer des portes et utiliser des pelles ou d’autres outils pour l’enfournement) on peut utiliser le tapis métallique grillagé aussi comme tapis transporteur pour convoyeur les produits directement à la zone d’utilisation : c) en utilisant le Synthèses V il n’est pas nécessaire de suivre la cuisson, car le temps et la température sont affichés précédemment (cette solution permet d’optimiser le cycle de production, car dans un cycle normal de production de pizzas il y a une personne qui aplanit et farcit le produit, une deuxième qui enfourne et suit la cuisson et une troisième qui conditionne ou distribue le produit). Il faut donc seulement deux personnes pour utiliser un four à tunnel Synthèses V avec des avantages économiques.
