Grâce à son élément chauffant Ivide Plus de 2,2 kW, il assure une montée en température rapide et un maintien précis entre 40 °C et 100 °C, avec une exactitude atteignant 0,07 °C.
Son système de circulation intégré garantit une diffusion homogène de la chaleur dans l’ensemble de la cuve, supprimant totalement les zones froides ou surchauffées. La température réelle est affichée clairement sur un écran LED lumineux, avec une précision de lecture à 0,1 °C, pour un contrôle optimal de la cuisson sous-vide.
Conçu pour résister aux environnements exigeants, ce modèle bénéficie d’une structure en acier inoxydable AISI 304 avec indice de protection IPX3, assurant robustesse et durabilité.
