C’est une cocotte maxi volume qui permet de mijoter et de cuisiner vos plats avec peu de matières grasses et ce en grandes quantités.
Elle est conçue en fonte d’aluminium avec un revêtement intérieur antiadhérent. Le couvercle est composé d’un bouton « arôme » permettant d’incorporer des liquides (huiles, eau…) pendant la cuisson et d’un trou vapeur résistant à la chaleur.
La cocotte peut aller au four jusqu’à 240°C sans le couvercle et jusqu’à 180°C avec le couvercle en verre.
L’extérieur est de coloris noir.
Compatible tous feux dont induction et four.
