L’eau dure contient des minérales dissous – présence de carbonates de calcium et de magnésium dissous. Les ions de calcium et magnésium sont à L’origine des dépôts calcaires, ce qui est un risque pour les machines et les équipements qui sont en contact avec de L’eau ou de la vapeur. On réalise L’adoucissement de L’eau en échangeant les ions calcium et magnésium qui constituent la dureté de L’eau et les ions sodium lors d’une opération nommée échange ionique. Cet échange est réalisé grâce à une résine contenue dans une colonne. Les ions de calcium et magnésium sont absorbés par la résine. Au bout d’un certain temps la résine est saturée et il faudrait la rétablir avec un processus de régénération pour recharger la résine en sodium (solution de sel). L’adoucisseur d’eau peut être installé partout o˘ la température d’eau est en-dessous de 45C et la pression d’eau ne dépasse pas les 2 bars. Régénération : sel non iodé uniquement. Convient seulement à L’eau potable. Cet adoucisseur d’eau convient aux machines à café, four mixtes, lave-vaisselle et machines à glaçons. Sa petite taille est très pratique pour des bars et restaurants. Les pièces utilisées sont de la meilleure qualité et permettent à L’appareil de fonctionner en toute sécurité pendant longtemps. Pression de fonctionnement optimale: 1-2 bar.L’appareil connecté ne peut pas être utilisé pendant la régénération. Pression d’eau maximum/minimum: de 1 à 8 bar. Débit: 1000L/h Température ambiante: de 4C à 35C. Température de L’eau: de 4C à 25C. Raccordement: 3/8î. La garantie ne sera pas prise en compte si l’installation n’est pas faite par un professionnel.
