Les bruleurs, protégés du vent, produisent une température élevée dans le bac, rendant ce barbecue adapté à la cuisson de grandes quantités.
L’unité elle-même est facile à nettoyer grâce à ces températures élevées. Les deux bruleurs peuvent être utilisés indépendamment.
