Les tubes quartz s’allument et s’éteignent par intermittence plus ou moins vite, permettant de chauffer à coeur le produit, de gratiner le dessus et de le rendre croustillant, contrairement aux toasters sans régulateur qui gratinent le dessus mais la chaleur n’a pas le temps de pénétrer à l’intérieur et le produit reste froid.

1 – Fonction toaster :
