La crêpière électrique professionnelle CDE 400 Roller Grill est équipée de deux plaques en fonte émaillée de 400 mm de diamètre, chacune disposant de commandes indépendantes. Grâce à son revêtement émaillé, la phase de culottage est fortement réduite, voire supprimée. Contrairement aux plaques en fonte traditionnelle nécessitant un culottage long à l’achat puis un entretien hebdomadaire, la crêpière CDE 400 Roller Grill est opérationnelle dès la première cuisson, offrant une prise en main immédiate et un confort d’utilisation optimal.
La plaque en fonte émaillée, parfaitement lisse, garantit un excellent transfert thermique et une cuisson par contact uniforme. Résultat : des crêpes dorées à souhait, sans caramélisation ni vitrification.
Chaque plaque est équipée d’une résistance Incoloy intégrée, maintenue par deux contre-plaques et un isolant. Ce système assure une montée en température rapide, une diffusion homogène de la chaleur et une régulation précise par thermostat pour une cuisson constante et professionnelle.
Un simple léger graissage entre chaque cuisson suffit pour obtenir des crêpes légères, bien alvéolées et parfaitement maîtrisées.
