Grâce à la technologie Roller Grill, la crêpière modèle CSE 400 est prête à l’emploi dès la première cuisson, tout en offrant une utilisation simple et efficace.
La plaque en fonte émaillée, parfaitement lisse, assure un excellent transfert de chaleur et une cuisson uniforme par contact, garantissant des crêpes dorées de manière régulière.
La résistance Incoloy intégrée directement dans la fonte, maintenue par deux contre-plaques et un isolant, garantit une diffusion homogène de la chaleur et une régulation précise par thermostat, pour une cuisson fiable et constante.
Un simple léger graissage de la bilig entre chaque cuisson suffit pour obtenir des crêpes légères, bien alvéolées, sans caramélisation ni vitrification.
